How we work — and why it takes the time it does
A walk through our engagement model: the first conversation, the diagnostic, and the artifact you actually take home.
By Pass5 Test Org
Most engagements begin with a single sentence: here is what is broken, here is what we have tried, here is what we cannot keep doing. From that sentence, we build a diagnostic — usually two to three weeks — that produces a written argument about the problem.
The argument is the deliverable. Not a slide deck, not a recommendation matrix. A document you can disagree with, mark up, and forward to the person who has to actually make the decision.
The three artifacts
Every engagement produces three things: the diagnostic, an implementation plan tied to specific people and specific weeks, and a one-page brief your team can use to onboard the next person who needs context.
