What sets the practice apart
Three commitments we make on every engagement — and the kind of work we have learned to turn down.

We are small on purpose. The practice is structured so that the person you speak with on the first call is the person who writes the diagnostic, runs the workshops, and signs the final document. That model only scales to a point, which is also the point.
Three commitments
One. We write everything down. If it isn't on the page, it didn't happen.
Two. We name the trade-offs. Every recommendation comes with what you give up to take it.
Three. We tell you when we are the wrong fit. Some problems want a bigger firm, a different specialty, or no consultant at all.
