A workflow is only as good as the next person who has to run it. We design operating systems — handbooks, checklists, dashboards — that hold up under turnover, scale, and the weather of a normal week.
What you walk away with
A written document — typically twelve to twenty pages — that names the problem, argues the recommendation, and lists the trade-offs you take on by adopting it. Plus an implementation plan with specific people, specific weeks, and a one-page brief your team can use to onboard the next person.
What it isn’t
It isn’t a workshop, a retainer, or a presentation. There are no decks. We don’t stay on after the document is delivered unless you have explicitly asked us to.
